My Pearl Of The Day
Monave's wonderful Teporah powder foundation is truly the best powder I've used on my face. It feels so light and does not smear, smudge, or leave thick lines. It's vegan too!
The Teporah was just a bit lighter than my skin color, but went on extremely well and I couldn't even tell that it wasn't my exact color. That's a really good thing since it's very hard to determine your exact color when shopping for makeup. Monave's powder foundation & Moisture Mousse foundation does well, even if it's a couple of shades off from your skin tone. It makes your face soft and smooth & I loved that it didn't magnify my little peeling areas. Most foundation causes every single dry patch or peeling skin to really stand out and that makes it so hard when trying to wear makeup.
It's the best for concealing break outs, blemishes and large pores! My skin looked completely flawless! I got quite a few compliments too. It goes on easy without much effort. Just dip your brush, swipe your face & you're done! It gives the perfect amount of coverage without suffocating your face. You can't even feel it on your skin. Also, major kudos to Monave for the long lasting foundation! I went to bed with it on & didn't get a chance to wash my face until the next afternoon & it looked so amazing & everything was still perfectly in place. I almost wanted to just skip washing and leave it on for the rest of the day!
Monave has amazing make-up items. The eyeshadows (rest assured, I'll post about them as well. Yes, with pics!) are very pigmented while still being light and the best part about them... they don't smudge and escape to your crease! Both their foundations and eye shadows are just stunning. Beautiful colors too! The Paula powder foundation is pretty, but was way too light for my skin. It looks gorgeous on my sister! It fit her's perfectly. Her skin's lighter than mine.
I'd say if you're skin color is right at medium, slightly tanned, then Teporah would be a perfect fit. Like I said, the foundation powders can be a bit off & still go on flawlessly without changing your color. Paula is a great powder foundation for about any light skin tone. They seem to match up perfectly with every skin color.
The moisture mousse is nice too. If you like liquid foundation or mousse foundation, you will definitely love Monave's Moisture Mousse. I love the mousse because it's a bit illuminating when worn around the eyes and on the cheeks. Kind of like a highlighter. I make sure to use extra around & under my eyes because it brightens them up a lot! It doesn't dry your skin or make wrinkles and fine lines more noticeable. It too conceals very, very well! I believe Monave has won over my heart. I have real difficulties in foundations. I've used everything & haven't had hardly any good experiences. They all seem to be too off & end up being so far off from your color. A lot of them turn my face a yellow-ish color and cause me to look super pale. I also have to be careful that it doesn't turn me orange since it's hard to find my medium color without it being orange. Then there's the problem with it streaking & bringing out every bit of dry skin for the world to see. Thankfully, none of these issues arise with the Monave make-up.

VITAMIN C CREME BY CALIFORNIA BODY CARE REVIEW
Hello lovelies,
I've got a great pearl of the day for y'all, another one from http://www.californiabodycare.com/
My recent California Body Care pearl is the Vitamin C Creme for the face and neck.
BIG RESULTS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES
With only the first use I saw a big difference in my skin. This Vitamin C creme worked wonders for my dry skin & pores! I know vitamin C is great any way you get it, but I was really surprised at how the results were so big & so fast.
CLEANSES & TIGHTENS PORES BEAUTIFULLY
It closed my pores up & made them less noticeable (mine are usually huge!) & it did this without drying my skin or giving it that tight sensation which is caused from drying. I hate the tight feeling. I was glad that the creme worked well & I didn't even have to use a moisturizer at all. I had not a speck of dryness, very rare for me.
NO RESIDUE - NO MORE BLEMISHES & MARKS
It's like a serum, but didn't leave any oily-ness or greasy residue on my face. It smoothed things out amazingly! I have a few little marks, scars, & blemishes here & there and after using the california boyd care Vitamin C creme, the marks, blemishes, and small scars were completely undetectable! So I've had a "good face day" all week! Sometimes, when I have blemishes & nothing seems to help, it can totally mess with my entire day!
PROS:
1. It's light, non oily, non greasy.
2. Smoothed my skin
3. Tightened pores to the point where they weren't even noticeable at all without leaving any tight sensation (huge plus!)
4. I also noticed that my bronzer went on so much smoother and nicer after using the creme.
5. It helped with under eye darkness & those puffy circles. I had them horribly this week from losing sleep & working until 9am & it took care of those babies right away!
Overall, I'd rate this product a 10, no doubt about it. I can say though, that I was really shocked at how great of a product it was. I've used serums & all that stuff before & never even noticed the smallest result. I'm very happy with the products and have absolutely no complaints!
I'll be posting my next californiabodycare review soon. It'll more than likely be the Calendula Creme. I'm excited to try this one after loving the other 2 so much.
While you're waiting on the next californiabodycare review, go ahead & check them out here
Let me know what you think, if you've used their products I'd love to know what you liked best!

THINGS THAT VIBRATE... THE GOOD & THE BAD.
~THINGS THAT VIBRATE~
It seems that every product out there vibrates these days. You can buy mascara that vibrates, panties that vibrate, facial cleanser devices that vibrate, tooth brushes that vibrate, seats that vibrate, game controllers that vibrate, vibrators that vibrate! I've wondered, what is up with this vibration trend and what's so great about it! So I set out on another one of my 'missions' to find this out.
I tested many of these vibrating products including the tooth brush, neutrogena wave, and maybelline's pulse perfection vibrating mascara. Here's what I found...
Well, for starters, I found that we are a little obsessed with vibrating. Then, the mascara. Maybelline's pulse perfection vibrating mascara, results: AHMAZNG! was it worth the whopping 11 bucks? No. I think what I liked most about the mascara, was the mascara itself and the brush. I don't even use the vibrate button because it pokes my eye! I like the mascara but I find that others like lash stilleto works just as well. What I do, is I just stopped buying the mascara because the price, so I've kept my old brushes and now I use them to apply my cheaper mascara. Works just as well!
And for the vibrating tooth brushes, I didnt care for them. They made my head feel funny with all that vibrating but if they really do get in between teeth to clean better then, I guess for some people thats great. For me, its too pricey. Im all about those bargains! And have found many ways to make bargains work just as good as the high end stuff.
Now, the NEUTROGENA WAVE. I started using this product about a year ago. I went out and bought a bunch of the pads and the wave. For the first 3 weeks it worked well, not the best but it was decent. It dried out my skin badly though! After using it for almost a month. I finally had to trash it. It did no good for my skin. It did not clean my pores at all. I was so disappointed! But I guess that's how it goes. I've read in magazines that neutrogena is one of the best products so I've forced myself to purchase and use, purchase and use. I finally realized that this brand IS NOT for me and just because it says its the best in a magazine, does not always mean it's the best for you. I don't know why it took me 4 years to get that through my head. WOW, the power magazines have over us. huh?
As for the vibrating panties, I'm sorry to disappoint but I've never purchased or used them. Now, other vibrating products, I have but not this type. I don't think they would be for me though.
