Monave Mineral Makeup; Teporah Foundation and Moisture Mousse

                                           My Pearl Of The Day

Monave's wonderful Teporah powder foundation is truly the best powder I've used on my face. It feels so light and does not smear, smudge, or leave thick lines. It's vegan too!

The Teporah was just a bit lighter than my skin color, but went on extremely well and I couldn't even tell that it wasn't my exact color. That's a really good thing since it's very hard to determine your exact color when shopping for makeup. Monave's powder foundation & Moisture Mousse foundation does well, even if it's a couple of shades off from your skin tone. It makes your face soft and smooth & I loved that it didn't magnify my little peeling areas. Most foundation causes every single dry patch or peeling skin to really stand out and that makes it so hard when trying to wear makeup.

It's the best for concealing break outs, blemishes and large pores! My skin looked completely flawless! I got quite a few compliments too. It goes on easy without much effort. Just dip your brush, swipe your face & you're done! It gives the perfect amount of coverage without suffocating your face. You can't even feel it on your skin. Also, major kudos to Monave for the long lasting foundation! I went to bed with it on & didn't get a chance to wash my face until the next afternoon & it looked so amazing & everything was still perfectly in place. I almost wanted to just skip washing and leave it on for the rest of the day!

Monave has amazing make-up items. The eyeshadows (rest assured, I'll post about them as well. Yes, with pics!) are very pigmented while still being light and the best part about them... they don't smudge and escape to your crease! Both their foundations and eye shadows are just stunning. Beautiful colors too! The Paula powder foundation is pretty, but was way too light for my skin. It looks gorgeous on my sister! It fit her's perfectly. Her skin's lighter than mine.

I'd say if you're skin color is right at medium, slightly tanned, then Teporah would be a perfect fit. Like I said, the foundation powders can be a bit off & still go on flawlessly without changing your color. Paula is a great powder foundation for about any light skin tone. They seem to match up perfectly with every skin color.

The moisture mousse is nice too. If you like liquid foundation or mousse foundation, you will definitely love Monave's Moisture Mousse. I love the mousse because it's a bit illuminating when worn around the eyes and on the cheeks. Kind of like a highlighter. I make sure to use extra around & under my eyes because it brightens them up a lot! It doesn't dry your skin or make wrinkles and fine lines more noticeable. It too conceals very, very well! I believe Monave has won over my heart. I have real difficulties in foundations. I've used everything & haven't had hardly any good experiences. They all seem to be too off & end up being so far off from your color. A lot of them turn my face a yellow-ish color and cause me to look super pale. I also have to be careful that it doesn't turn me orange since it's hard to find my medium color without it being orange. Then there's the problem with it streaking & bringing out every bit of dry skin for the world to see. Thankfully, none of these issues arise with the Monave make-up.

Pines wheat & barley grass

   Hello my lovies,
as some of you know, I started using Pines wheatgrass for the first time recently. I also started using Barley grass from Pines as well. I had never heard of barley grass before and wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Now that I've taken it for a while, I'm going to give you my opinions and results.

The Kansas grown wheat grass, is what I've found to be one of the out there. I noticed right away that the wheatgrass pills were very dark green as other brands tend to be very pale, light green. From what I've read and learned, the reason is because Pine's packages in dark glass conatiners rather than plastic which helps to keep the potency which ensures that you get the most from your wheatgrass.

I believe Pine's is a great option if you're looking to purchase wheat or barley grass. You can be sure that you will gain the best from the products without them losing their amazing "effects."

                                              MY BENEFITS

I noticed a big difference in how I felt in general. When I wake up I don't seem to be as draggy as I used to & I have several health issues that cause me quite a bit of pain throughout 2 weeks each month & the wheat grass seems to relieve it majorly!

I also haven't had any anemia problems like I always have. I've been anemic my entire life & my iron is always low. When I went to my ob/gyn for my  3 month shot,  the last 2 times, my iron has been much better!

I haven't been sick since I've started & I have more energy at the end of the day.

I honestly did not think I would notice much of a difference, so I was really surprised to have benefited so much. It helps the mind fogginess that I get when I'm working all night too. (From what I understand, the Barley Grass has the same effects as wheat.)

I also tried the Mighty Greens Superfoods  blend in drink form. This superfood blend is made with spirulina, alfalfa, Pines cereal grasses, chlorella, royal jelly, and 16 other superfoods and herbs.  Unfortuntely, I was only able to take a few sips without gagging. I'm just not used to it. It really didn't have a bad taste at all. I thought it tasted like un-sweetened tea and the BF also said he thought it tasted like tea. I just couldn't get it down. It's not clumpy, it's actually a really great product & I do plan to take a few small sips throughout the day until I can get used to it. I know it wouldn't be bad at all if you just got used to it.

  PRO'S

- The wheat grass and barley grass are certified organic.

- They are gluten free which is very good!

- They all have never ending health benefits.

- Anybody, including children can take or drink these without bad reactions or side effects and I don't believe any of them will react badly with any illnesses. It is perfectly healthy (and a great option) for adults to take regularly as well as children. Also a great way to start teaching them good health habits! It will make an enormous difference in the choices they make as they grow older. I know from my own experience as a health freak growing up.

- There are so many wonderful benefits of wheat and barley grass I could never list them all, but you get the drift.

- An amazing option for those of us (and children) who don't always eat a correct amount of vegetables.

CON'S
I don't have any bad thoughts for the Pines wheat, barley, and superfoods. I think they're really great. The only thing is he prices can be a tiny bit much when you're purchasing a whole lot at once.

You can get them in pill form (single servings) for .99 cents! Great for first timers trying them all out.

*QUICK FIX FOR OVER OILY HAIR*

If you're one of the many of us women who are suffering from excess oil in your hair because of the heat, or if you just don't have time to wash your hair one day this is the best solution:

- You'll need baby powder or talcom powder or something very, very similar to these. I use baby powder unscented.

Take a small pinch from your palm & rub it on your roots or where the oiliest area is. Rub well. This is soak up the excess oil & leave your hair looking fresh.

If your hair is brunette, black or brown then you may need to rub it in extra good because it may leave your hair with little white color. It will fade in no time & your hair will look normal & oil free!
