Some of my sweeties here already know that rare products fascinate me & I’m always looking for new outrageous products. Well, I’m bringing you another one! I read that it was seen on CNN so I guess some may already know about this one. I was in the dark until the other day. I found it kind of funny.
The Eco-Otome Toilet Sound Blocker
Here’s what the website said: “We all know what's it like. You are sitting on the toilet and you know the people right outside can hear your every noise. Well, now we have the perfect product to help you in this embarrassing situation. Small and clipping easily to your mobile phone, the Eco-Otome Toilet Sound Blocker makes the noise of a toilet flushing to hide the other noises you might be making.”
Wow! So, what are you supposed to do when you’re on a date & suddenly…
Should I just press the button? Yea, I’m sure he’ll never wonder where the toilet sound is coming from! Ha ha. So I guess it may not work as well unless you’re IN a bathroom!

Dani Bath: Review with photos, perfect valentine's gift ideas, my favorite bath products!
PeArL of the day…
My new favorite bath, scented products are Dani’s all natural fragrance & skin care products from http://www. danibath.com Here is a complete review of several Dani products. *Hint* Best Valentine ’s Day gift for any woman!
All natural Pear Sugar Scrub with organic cane sugar and soy
Quick Overview:
I absolutely love this sugar scrub! I’ve only used one other sugar scrub that did not clog my pores and my razor besides this one. My favorite sugar scrub scent was the Lemongrass Lavender. It’s so calming. It makes a huge difference in how I fall asleep. I use it in the bath right before bed. Talk about relieving stress! One of the worst things is trying to sleep while your head’s consumed with stress. The lavender sugar scrub seemed to put me straight to sleep! (I even skipped the anxiety medication before bed both times I used it!) I could actually throw out my entire skincare regime that I have to apply so heavily just for this sugar scrub! I’ve never used a sugar scrub that polishes your skin and leaves it clean like this. All sugar scrubs I’ve used have left behind a thick oily residue. This pear scrub did not leave film, only my skin’s natural oils. It exfoliates polishes, moisturizes, and scrubs away dead and dull skin leaving the most beautiful, all natural glow. The exact glow that I’ve spent tons of money & time trying to accomplish.
The pear sugar scrub contains shea butter and glycerin to nourish and it will keep your skin glowing and healthy. I know I’m not the only person who’s used a product & had great results only to find they are temporary, such as only lasting for a couple of hours and somehow it seems no matter how much of the same product you use, it never delivers those results you first saw and loved. That’s so disappointing. I caught myself taking peeks at my legs every so often to see if the dry, scaly skin was back & thank God I’ve not seen a single dry patch!
You gotta check them out at: http://www.danibath.com
Pros
- The best exfoliant I’ve yet to use.
- Calming. Seems to lighten my stress & anxiety load & helps me sleep. Truly aromatic!
- All natural ingredients
- I can use it on shaved, irritated skin like after my tanning visits and have relief. It won’t irritate skin.
- Does not clog pores or razor! That’s a major plus for me. I will never waste money on scrubs that clog my skin and my razors.
- Takes away the terribly dry, scaly-ness of my dry skin and actually keeps it away, leaves a glow.
- Very long lasting results, another major plus!
Natural Grapefruit Ginger Hand Lotion
Quick overview:
Pros
- Silky. My skin felt just like silk. Non greasy, sticky.
- Smells wonderful! I never thought natural products could smell so great.
- Long lasting results.
- Really brings out the youth in my hands as well as my mother’s.
- Gets rid of dry cracks that often show up in hands during cold weather, similar to foot cracks.
- Worked perfect on my entire body, even feet. When a lotion can do that much, you better believe I’ll be in love!
- Truly aromatic (all of the products are!)
Natural Lotions; Grapefruit Ginger, Passion Fruit, Plum Flower, Pear and Lemongrass Lavender.
Quick Overview:
I use the mini bottles of the different lotions. They too are all natural. Super great scents! My favorite is Passion fruit and of course I love the Lavender and Lemongrass because of the calming and relaxation properties.
These little guys were very powerful! They look cute and innocent, but don’t be fooled they’re pretty intense! By intense, I mean they really deliver the results! I only apply a small amount & my skin stays silky all day.
Check them out at: http://www.danibath.com
Pros
- No sticky, greasy, slimy residue.
- Very rich, powerfully moisturizing.
- Small amount takes away dry skin all day.
- Aromatic and scents that keep me sniffing my body!
Plum Flower Shower Gel
Quick Overview:
I love this botanically based shower gel more than any other! My favorite thing about the shower gel is that I feel so unbelievably clean after showering with it. I also love how it’s thick, rich and makes the perfect bubble bath too. It smells great and it doesn’t leave behind that thick residue that most soaps, even shower gels do. It’s really refreshing. Of course the shower gel also leaves my skin smooth. It’s my favorite thing to use after cleaning & sweating all day because it’s the only soap I’ve used that actually lets you know you’re clean. I hate sweating & nothing feels better than washing it away with a soap that actually washes it away!
I love that I can trust these products to deliver the results they claim & I can say that these are some of the ONLY products I’ve ever used that truly does that. It promotes moisture, restores the natural oils in the skin, contains only coconut derived cleansers. By the way, I love coconut, everything about it. This is also the only product I’ve ever used that contained coconut as a cleanser, which must be why I’m so crazed by how clean it makes me.
Check them out at: http://www.danibath.com
Pros
- This gel truly get cleanses and refreshes.
- It’s all natural.
- Once again, doesn’t leave sticky, slimy, greasy residue behind.
- Thick and rich.
- Works perfect for shower or a thick, lovely bubble bath.
- Contains only coconut derived cleansers.
- PH balanced, and much more!
100% Soy Wax Candle (Linen scented.)
Quick Overview:
I suffer from sinus problems and allergies when it comes to certain things like perfumes and not-so-high-quality home fragrances. I have pets, pollen, grass, and I live on a Mountain that goes by the name of Sand Mountain, yet I only have these allergies with certain fragrances while my migraines are triggered by just about anything especially perfumes. Can you imagine what a linen scented candle would do to a sufferer?
Nothing. That is correct! I usually am not very fond of most linen scented products because they tend to be over powering. The Linen Soy Wax Candle was absolutely the best scented candle I have ever set my nose on! I took one short whiff and was instantly hooked. The scary part was whether or not it triggered a migraine.
Nope! I actually light the candle every day and have yet to have a tickle in my nose. No scratchy in my eyes or throat. I was so relieved that it didn’t bother me because I love the scent so much. It’s actually burning on my dresser at the very moment.
It’s not strong and overpowering like most. It doesn’t collide with other household odors such as garbage, foods, and such. It seems to be keeping odors away. I vacuumed the area rugs and normally when the vacuum is full it puts off an unpleasant smell, kind of like the smell of a wet dog in the rain. Not pretty. I had the candle lit while vacuuming and I never smelled that wet dog. It usually lingers around for a while too, but the candle seems to be killing off those nasty smells. I’m not fond of air fresheners as I think they all collide with odor and make my home smell worse than before. There’s nothing worse than the smell of summer breeze and dirty diapers! I love so much that my linen candle has been the only scent in the house.
It’s a subtle, aromatic, relaxing scent, absolutely beautiful. I used to burn candles from the dollar store and they never really put off a nice scent. I’m blown away with how great the soy candle smells! It also kind of lingers through the house too which I love! I just can’t get enough of the soy wax candle. I’ve never had one before. To me, Valentine’s day couldn’t be any better than having these products, and out to eat of course!
- Gives the room a warm touch.

Natural Grapefruit Ginger Hand Lotion
Quick overview:
For the first time, I am able to say I’ve used a lotion that left completely silky skin with absolutely no greasy, slimy or sticky residue. The search for the perfect lotions has been long and exhausting. I couldn’t begin to say what a relief it was to use the Grapefruit Ginger lotion. The first time I rubbed it over my hands I started feeling the dread of having to go & rinse it right off due to sticky residue (I hate that feeling in between my fingers!) I waited and waited and… NONE! It was perfect. When I looked at my hands and saw how silky they looked and felt, I decided to try it on my feet. We all know how tough it is to find a good lotion for feet, but it worked great! I will continue to use it all over. It’s only a hand lotion, but I smeared it all over my body & was more than happy with the silky results! I’ve only used two lotions that have ever worked on my feet and this one beats them both! One left greasy residue and the other didn’t have long lasting results. This one so far, hasn’t failed me!
Pros
- Silky. My skin felt just like silk. Non greasy, sticky.
- Smells wonderful! I never thought natural products could smell so great.
- Long lasting results.
- Really brings out the youth in my hands as well as my mother’s.

Pros
- I can honestly say this is the best scented candle I’ve ever came across!
- Aromatic and relaxing.
- It seems to be killing off other household odors instead of colliding with them and making for an even more unpleasant smell.
- Subtle, not over powering, but just the right amount of scent that lingers throughout the house.
- All natural
- Has not triggered any migraines, sinus problems or allergies which many scents do for me.
Bamboo and Birch Fragrance Diffuser
I never had a fragrance diffuser until the new one I got from http://www.danibath.com I had checked them out at places like Wal Mart in the past and thought about purchasing one until I had the chance to smell the scents they offered. I immediately got a migraine and knew better than to bring one into my home. I was a little afraid this one would bother me, but after using the other products from http://www.danibath.com I wasn’t too worried about it. So I went ahead and sat it up in my bedroom.
Like the Soy Wax Candle, it seemed to completely kill off other household odors without being too strong. I noticed a huge difference in my clothing smelling like smoke, it seemed to take care of the cigarette smoke that takes over your clothing, furniture and home. When I walk in my front door, it doesn’t have a stale, cigarette scent to it. It has a subtle, floral sweet scent. I love it so much I couldn’t make up my mind as to which room I wanted it to be in so every couple of days I change it up and move it to the bedroom, powder room, and living room. It’s so perfect for a powder room, especially since I just finished remodeling mine last week. My house smells like a flower garden in the spring time.
The Bamboo and Birch fragrance diffuser gave my powder room even more of a relaxing feel. It’s aromatic & that makes bath time beyond enjoyable.
It is a bit stronger than the Linen Soy Wax candle, but still not too strong. I couldn’t be more excited about having these products. I can honestly say these are my absolute favorite fragrance, candle, scrub products because of the relaxing, calming, aromatic and unique qualities. They’re going to make an organic user out of me after all!
They’re clearly high quality products and they will remain in my home for as long as I’m able to get my hands on them.
I can’t wait to try more of their products and I will definitely let you all know how they go. I’m working up a creative way to squeeze them into our Valentine ’s Day plans. They certainly make the perfect gift!
Pros
- Aromatic, relaxing sweet scent.
- I think it has a tiny hint of gardenia smell to it.
- All natural
- Makes the entire house feel like a totally new atmosphere. It’s calm now.
- They last for months
- Perfect level of scent. Not too strong, not too subtle.
- Seems to take away household odors like the “stale” scent.
- Lessens the cigarette smell from my clothing, furniture, and home.
- Looks so beautiful sitting on my powder room vanity, dresser in the bedroom, entertainment center in my living room, coffee table. I love how it just looks perfect anywhere it sits. It really adds a little pretty to the room.
I could go on and on about every one of these!
Don’t forget to check out their products for yourself, or for a special woman… I’m trying to help you ladies out!

Tip of the day: Simple weight management tips & my hell-of-a-week update
Hay again my sparkly little rock star who I adore so much.
I am terribly sorry about the un-organized & not-so-great posts lately. I feel guilty. I'm doing my best & I know I promised some great weight tips, but the truth is the past 3 days, all I've seen suddenly are weight posts. It just really burned me out and depressed me a little bit. I'll give you my tips below, but first I have a little something to say.
After seeing all these posts about weight loss, losing weight, oops I went 40 calories over today, it just really made me sick.
I was telling my BF just the other day how miserable it would have to be to never let yourself enjoy food & actually be able to keep your eating under control. I said man, I never want to have to spend my life worrying about everything I put in my mouth. I am female, so don't get me wrong, I do know what it's like to worry about looks. But I never want to be a person who has to stay away from all sweets because I will over eat. That's never been too much of a problem for me. I guess because of the problems I have with abdominal pain I've always stopped when I quit being hungry. I do watch what I eat thanks to certain times out of the month I get too many stomach problems.
I hate the feeling of eating too much. It's so miserable.
I'm very big on chocolate & you better believe I'm gonna have a mini kit-kat just about every day. I strongly believe in not depriving yourself of things like favorite foods every now & then. I just think we should do it in moderation. I hear so many people say "I can't eat one cookie or I will eat 20." That's crazy. Now sometimes I can eat several cookies a day, but it shouldn't be something that you just can't control. I'm not saying it's not hard.
So I think we should eat what we like, but be satisfied with a pretty reasonable amount. Sorry to be a downer, it just really depressed me lately after reading & hearing my sister say that I would end up not being able to control my weight when I'm older. I believed her until I thought about it & realized that I'M THE ONE IN CONTROL. NOT HER, NOT ANYONE BUT ME. I exercise regularly although while we've been remodelling somehow someone has confiscated my ab lounge thingy & took it a part & it's missing. I've been on a mission to find it & I did find 2 parts by the way lol.
Anyways, I finally realized that we are not "doomed" to a certain weight. I know there are some who are unable to do as much & have a real struggle & I'm not referring to those who may have higher needs when it comes to weight. I totally understand that.
On to the tips:
1. When you do have a piece of chocolate or something you enjoy, take one or a handful depending on what it is & leave the rest in the kitchen. I usually take a kit kat to my bed room & eat it. When you don't have access to the entire bag you'll be less likely to eat more.
2. My most important one: When you have a craving wait at least 15 minutes. Don't spend those minutes thinking about the food, do something like read, listen to music, clean, etc. After 15 minutes, if you even remember the food, ask yourself if you truly still want it. Most of the time I find it wasn't anything but some compulsive craving & usually passes. This happens to me a lot if I see pop-corn or something on TV. Instead of going immediately to the food, wait & if you still want it, by all means have it!
3. Yall have heard me say this one. Try sprinkling a little ground cinnammon to your food. It helps with cravings, weight, & energy! I add it to cereal, waffles, sliced apples, etc.
4. If you're a midnight snacker like me, try keeping something like peppermints in a jar in your bed-room. I keep them at my desk in my little project area because I always want to eat in there. I also keep them in my bed-room so if I do want something in the middle of the night, I try a peppermint first. It almost always keeps me from making that trip to the kitchen at least until the next day.
5. Stop worrying and telling yourself you can only have this or you can't eat that. The more you tell yourself "don't do it!" The worse the temptation will be. Before you start your day or before bed, instead of saying I won't eat this, remind yourself that if you happen to eat a little more then it's ok.
6. One thing I love about my ab machine is that it's always under my bed (well it was) and when I did eat a little extra, I didn't have to freak out because I knew I could do 30 before bed & be totally fine. So if you can work some kind of little exercise into your day & just do 30 extra when you over eat, you'll be less likely to over eat because you won't be constantly worrying about not doing it & that will lift temptations & you will have peace of mind knowing if you must have it, then you can work most of it off in a few minutes.
7. Carnation instant breakfast drinks. I bet you've seen or tried these. I used to get them & ensure when I was trying to gain my strength back from being really ill. I still drink them. The carnation breakfast drinks are like chocolate milk & they will absolutely keep you from being hungry for at least several hours. I can't eat until late in the evening after drinking one. I also think they're really great for kids because being in school all day, for some reason, makes kids so hungry. Probably because the schools really don't offer much. I remember being in high school & being so hungry all day I couldn't even think straight. You get breakfast in some cases & lunch which is usually whatever you can manage to choke down & the rest is unedible. That leaves a kid with hardly anything besides a $2.00 ice cream at break which isn't much help either.
I give them the Carnation drinks before or you can send it in a lunch box & that will keep them from starving all day as well as yourself. You can take it in a coffee mug to work. It only takes a minute to make. They're pretty good too. I like a lot of flavor with anything I eat or drink. My coffee has to be strong & I usually add some type of extra flavor to all foods. So I used 2 packets of the carnation drinks & drank it as one so it would be extra chocolate-y.
8. Special K chip crackers. I think that's what they're called. Those are really good! I actually like them better than regular potato chips. They're perfect for when you're going crazy for salty food.
These are the tips I use myself, everyday. They aren't hard & the don't require you to purchase pills, and machines. These may not seem like rapid results but they're a great way to improve without killing yourself & your health. This way, I don't feel like a failure every time I turn around & I know that it's simple so it keeps me from stressing & making problems worse.
I hope you liked these.
And just a little update
In my latest posts I told you about the remodelling & what a bitch it's been & then hurting my back on top of it was just a nightmare. Speaking of nightmares, I had 3 the entire week about me being kidnapped & just horrifying details. That's been really scary! Anyways, after the 3 weeks of hell with no toilet, no bathroom door, and no sink for 9 months now, I finally had the toilet put in yesterday. Well of course it was broken!
After a nervous breadown, I finally got a new toilet (the toilet was from the same Lowe's that sold me 2 cans of terrible paint!) we got the new one it's been in since earlier today! I also now have my gorgeous black, sparkly sink in & a bath room door! Finally, I can shower in peace! I couldn't tell you how much stress is gone now that it's finished. Well, it will be finished once I re-do the damn paint & then I'll just have to get my light put in. It's a really pretty one too! I'll post pics of it as soon as possible.
Now I'll be finding time to re-paint my bedroom & then I'll have to move my furniture in & put everything where it belongs. Then all that's left is getting my hard wood floor in. I sure hope it goes a lot better than the tile we used in the bathroom. That was a serious bitch.
Until then I'm finally going to get some sleep, I hope. But there is bad news, our freaking dryer just screwed up! We knew it was coming because my sis was doing serious damage to it & it's ruined. Hopefully the BF will have one in this week.
*Thanks for being there. Yall have been very supportive during my hell of a week. lol I will be back to normal in no time! My back is already getting better by the way. Much Much Much love to yall. I hope yall have a very sparkly day!*

My finished cami & Little Miss Paint Can Bitch
Hello my sparkly little rockstars! I recently mentioned a few projects I've had going, which have pretty much multiplied, but I finally got the chance to show you a pic of the finished top I made! I hand sewed the entire thing! I'm not as pleased with how it looks on me though. I love the top, but I just don't care for the way it looks on. I guess mostly the fabric being shiny tends to make bellies look a tiny bit bigger than what they are & I hate that because I love shiny stuff! lol
Wanna know exactly what this little top used to be? A really hideous grandma slip! Yep that's right! This top was a huge and I mean HUGE slip that was a couple inches away from being ankle length & it was about 7 sizes too big! I made that ugly duckling into a beautiful pearl. lol I just done a crap load of fixing, adding, subtracting (lots of fabric was subtracted! lol) and I added the lace strip which was hell to sew!
I have a little white and black silk ribbon/bow thingy that actually came on the ass of a pair of panties I had & my sister cut the ribbon off and done away with the panties. I never saw them again and they were they most adorable things! I was really sad when I found the familiar looking ribbon in my bathroom floor after she'd left from being over one day. I picked it up trying to figure out what it came off of. I knew it was something of mine because I knew that ribbon looked so familiar. It didn't take long for me to figure out it was my oh so cute panties who will be forever missed.
So, I decided to stash the little ribbon away in my sewing/beauty supply room. I knew I would find something to add the ribbon to one day. I just couldn't let it go. This ribbon is not just any ribbon it's really gorgeous. And I will be sewing it on to the top in the photo. I think I'll put it kinda under the chest part in the middle. Know what I mean?
Well, I just thought I'd share with you my finally finished top! I'm a little proud of it. lol Also, at the moment I have my bathroom being remodelled still! I don't know who's bright idea it was to remodel my bedroom and bathroom all at once. So for a week and a day I've had no toilet! And as of saturday, no bathroom door. Only my shower. Well I can't not shower. I just can't skip showering even if it's a quickie. So I had to take one last night with no door!
Today we got the tile put down which is great progress and it looks beautiful. The terrible part is, I have to wait 3 days before even walking in there because the grout has to dry! It's driving me crazy not to have my own bathroom. I also won't have my toilet back until the grouts dry. Let me tell you, I'll pick that heavy ass toilet up myself and screw it in the floor if I have to! lol It'll be a huge stress relief when we're done there.
-THE PAINT BITCH-
Then I'll be re-painting my bedroom walls which are pink, and half still blue. Remember me telling you about the no good, expensive paint I bought? Well I took yall's advice! I contacted Valspar, the paint brand and left them a very kind, apologetic letter and they replied with an e-mail saying they were glad I came forward with the bad paint and didn't just let my money go to waste. It was a very kind letter & they told me to print the letter & make sure Lowe's gives me no problem on getting my refund.
I walked in Lowe's and had the paint can and letter in my hand. There were 2 employees standing at the door & I held the can of paint up and before a single word came from my mouth she snatched the paint right out of my hand & looked over at who I assumed to be a manager & said "She's trying to return this paint, but there's nothing hardly left in it! Then she literally flung the can to the manager and said "eew!" While giving me the worst you're so terrible look.
The manager said "Come with me, I'll get this taken care of for you." & I could tell she was a little upset with the paint can bitch because she stormed off and gave her a look that said I'll be having a chat with you young lady! So I thanked the manager a million times and while we we're following her to get the new paint I leaned in really close to the paint can bitch and said "Bitch." Really slow and smiling! Ha! Yall didn't know I could be so catty huh? Lol. I was shocked even myself, but hey, I'd had enough trouble lately.
So I apologized for causing any inconvenience to the manager and she told me that she had the same problem with that paint when she used the red. She said it was the worst paint she'd ever seen. So she knew that I wasn't trying to get something for free.
And seriously little miss paint can bitch, the paint can WAS nearly empty because I had to use that much to know whether or not it'd cover! I left an inch in the can when I realized it wouldn't. So in case you're wondering, I say little miss paint can bitch can hang it in her ass!
Needless to say I was more than greatful to the manager for being so understanding and really I'm never ever rude. I mean saying bitch wasn't nice, but I don't get rude unless someone just completely disrespects me like that and still I rarely get rude when that does happen. I just wasn't gonna take it that day.
Can ya blame me?
*Just to let you know, I will be doing my best to post a little something better than what I have lately with all the remodelling & my mom being robbed at gun point and my migraine is getting worse as I type. BC powder to the rescue! And to any of you who commented and I haven't gotten back to, please forgive me. I will do so asap. Much Much love my little sparkly rockstars (I think I like that one. lol)*
PS. I have several of my tips coming up for yall this week. I'll probably post randomly, whenever is convenient. Please let me know what you think of them. One is tips of recycling. Sorry to dissapoint. lol It's interesting though. Promise.
