This Week's Favorite Jewelry Finds -- Women's Diamond Rings

What is the most significant piece of jewelry in your jewelry box?

For most people, the jewelry item they value the most is their engagement/wedding rings, but for those who have yet to tie the knot, their most valuable jewelry item is usually one that’s been handed down to them from a relative or given to them as a gift.

However, a jewelry item doesn’t have to be given to you as a gift or tradition in order to be considered a valuable piece of jewelry in your collection. And you don’t have to be in love or part of a duo to receive jewelry. It’s simple – you get it for yourself!

Relationship or not, if I see a jewelry item that stands out to me and sticks in my mind for a long time, I’m going to end up with that piece of jewelry.

So, throw away that stigma that you only get jewelry when someone gives it to you, and think like me.

I don’t spend money on expensive jewelry on a regular basis, but I do have a thing for keeping up with and looking at it regularly, especially by perusing Avianne and Co. online jewelry site.

As ya’ll have come to know, I like to share jewelry items that I favor here and on my social media accounts (especially Pinterest!) and I also enjoy conversation about jewelry.

While browsing  through my “Pins” this evening, I picked out  four of my favorite jewelry finds this week, which happen to be 3  women's diamond Cocktail rings.

I hope you enjoy their beauty as much as I do, and feel free to strike up that jewelry conversation we love so much in the comments section! You can start by sharing your latest “finds.”

One of my favorite categories to browse on Avianne and Co. is their Cocktail Rings section because the selection isn't as sentimental-looking like a wedding or engagement ring, which most of us would not purchase for ourselves.

My first "find" this week that's irresistibly pin-worthy (Pinterest), was this fancy Solid Rose Gold Diamond Cocktail Ring. Looks like something you'd hang from your dining room ceiling, but just small enough to adorn your finger.

Now that's my kind of ring!

My mood lately has been fancy, and it shows in my jewelry tastes, as the next ring, the glamorous Diamond Sapphire Cocktail couldn't escape my jewelry-filled Pinterest board... Or my blog, now!

...And I still can't think of a single finger that 27 diamonds and about 31 sapphires would not look magnificent on.

I don't know about you guys, but I absolutely adore the appearance of the combination of black diamonds and diamonds. They have such a distinctive, bold beauty about them, especially when the two are set up in such a unique,  twisted strappy fashion, like the Diamond Cocktail Ring with Black Diamonds pictured below.

So, what jewelry pieces are you admiring this week?

Avianne and Co. 3 Trendy, Classy Pieces for the Minimalist

If you’re looking to add color to your jewelry box -- that at the moment, consists of the typical diamonds and pearls, then you’re going to get a kick out of this post.

I’ll admit it, adding color to a black and white jewelry collection is much like adding color to a life-long black and white wardrobe, and it is not  a simple task for a minimalist.

So here, you minimalist little darlings are 3 trendy, yet classy jewelry pieces that will easily meld into your current collection and wardrobe, but still add a subtle pop of color -- without giving you the sense of overwhelming vibrancy – and bring a spark of life to your décolleté.

For starters, and perhaps for the most minimalist of all minimalists, there’s Avianne and Co.'s sleek, but stand-out Black Diamond Solitaire Pendant that would pair lovely with an outfit of almost any color.

Avianne and Co.’s Black Diamond Solitaire Pendant doesn’t overwhelm the eye with size, but has a single, sleek black diamond that gives off somewhat of a mysterious air.

The T-bone shaped, prong silver setting adds something unique to the otherwise simple, black diamond necklace, while the thin silver chain allows the captivating pendant to do all the shining.

Oh, and the pendant is set with a single 1.05 carat round cut black diamond --  highly polished 14 carat white gold, too, so shine it will!

I know, black may not qualify as color in everyone’s book, but this lovely necklace is a great start for someone who doesn’t do bright, bold colors, wouldn’t you say so?

And now, for actual color and not just black, Avianne and Co. has the perfect piece for the minimalist who just can’t give up black, but is in need of color.

This adds personality the shade of a gorgeous ocean blue to an otherwise plain Diamond Circle Pendant

This is the intriguing Blue Topaz Diamond Circle Pendant that is sure to give your neck some beauty.

And it really is a perfect description of the word "elegant," isn't it?

The Blue Topaz Diamond Pendant pretty much blows the plain diamond circular pendants right out of the blue topaz water.

The oval-shaped Blue Topaz gem goes beautifully inside the round-cut diamonds set into the 14 carat gold circle pendant, making this the perfect addition of color to a bland-ish jewelry collection.

To add something beautiful to something already beautiful, Avianne and Co. adds the 18 inch silver necklace in with the pendant without extra charge!

Last, but definitely not least is one of my personal favorites (but then again, aren't these all?) Avianne and Co.'s classic Journey Pendant with the beautiful February babies' birthstone, Amethyst! This is my birthstone, too.

The color of the Amethyst gemstone looks like it has more of a lavender touch to it than most Amethyst gemstones, but it sure is beautiful.

And, you can't go wrong with 14 carat solid white gold which is what the Diamond Amethyst Journey Pendant is framed in.

The Diamond Amethyst Journey Pendant is the 3 round-cut diamond pendant with 2 Amethyst gemstones (one on the very top and one on the very bottom) and a single round-cut diamond, which is placed in the middle.

The Pendant begins with the smallest gemstones and diamond, ranging from small to slightly larger in size from top to bottom of the pendant. These 3 beauties leave  you with: a single 0.20 carat diamond and two Amethyst gemstones that total .30 carats.
