Mo' Betta Belly Digetive Ease Herbal Remedy

This, my lovely, herb-lovin' babes, is Wish Garden Herbs' Mo' Betta Belly herbal remedy for digestive discomfort and more. I've shown my love for their Serious Relaxer and their Kick-Ass Immune Booster, and now this. And it's very good!

Mo' Betta Belly is, as obvious, an herbal concoction for digestive discomfort. It is intended to be drank. To use Mo' Betta Belly, simply use the dropper to drop 1-2 droppers full under tongue or into your drink. The taste is very potent! It's noticeable and it's strong, so I personally have found it easier to drink in a flavored water such as a tangerine water flavoring. For some reason, tangerine flavor seems to be the easiest to go with things like this.Wish Garden Herbs recommends, if you're going to add it to a drink, to do so in a warm one such as tea and add 2-3 droppers full to the drink.

It works quickly to soothe digestive discomforts and in the meantime, promotes healthy digestive system function. So whether it's just a random flare up of IBS or I'm just having a hard time with my stomach and the many issues that come with it, Mo' Betta Belly has been very handy and helpful.

Often times I'll have this weird swelling and crappy sensation in what I'm sure is my intestines. I think this is some weird thing that came with my developing IBS a few years ago. Anyways, when there's swelling, it can be extremely painful to me, so I've been using the Mo' Betta Belly to help soothe things and it's been great.

Now I want to discuss the benefits of those wonderful active ingredients that are found in Wish Garden Herbs' Mo' Betta Belly.

Catnip Aerials: Catnip is useful for problems like anxiety/nervousness and insomnia. The reason for its usefulness in insomniacs is due to the sedative effect of a substance in the catnip called nepetalactone. It's useful, also, in treating respiratory issues, which is why it's often in tea-form.  It's also used as a decongestant and the flu, and can cause people to sweat more. Just remember to stay hydrated, especially if you have diarrhea on top of it -- taking the Mo Betta Belly. Catnip has soothing properties, so it will also help you to relax. This relaxing property is also noticed in the digestive system -- it eases the discomfort of tension and pain and has even been used to help infants with painful colic.

Catnip is good for diarrhea. the ol' stomach upsets, indigestion, inflammation of the bowels, infection of the bowels, and even constipation.

Not only is it great for the typical stomach upsets, but Mo Betta Belly is also helpful for menstrual pains since it also relaxes the uterus.

Peppermint Leaf: Peppermint has been pretty widely known for its effects on stomach/digestive system discomforts. It's particularly great for indigestion, to reduce flatulence, and treat colic. It helps the intestines, stomach and liver. It also has anti-spasmodic effects, so this makes it even more useful for those of us who deal with IBS.

Ginger Root:  Used to improve "women's problems," Ginger has a healing effect on the female organs and instestines. Also used for sluggish metabolism, stress, bloating, morning sickness, and to promote healing of the uterus. Healing effects on the reproductive and digestive system because it stimulates circulation and supports blood supply to them.

Mo' Betta Belly comes in a dark tinted (brown), 1 fluid oz glass bottle. This is really good because you always want to be sure things like herbs or oils (think olive oil) comes in a container that keeps it safe from too much sunlight and such.
