How One Supplement Can Improve Every Move You Make

I've been taking this AminoHD 1000 supplement daily -- thanks to the kind folks at Summit Nutritions who allowed me to use the supplement alongside my everyday exercise routine in exchange for a review and my thoughts on how the supplement worked for me personally.

AminoHD1000 is very popular among athletes, but I'm finding that it also has its place in the lives of folks like myself who are far from athletes, but maintain some level of exercise or daily activity.

Not only for exercising, the supplement contains vital amino acids that are promote healthy cells.

You see, AminoHD1000 helps the body in many ways aside from just aiding in your muscle-building desires. I will be discussing all the workings of this supplement in the review below.

About Amino Acids:

Aminos are important for the health of cells and speedy recovery and growth.

Bottle comes with a nice, long-term supply of 450 capsules (2 caps daily is recommended)

Note: It's important to keep in mind, as the manufacturer of Amino HD 1000 - Diet Standards - has warned, "supplements are not a wonder drug."

You won't wake up tomorrow looking like an NFL linebacker. But supplementing properly just might give you that extra edge. Hugh Jackman's trainer put him on 5-10g of BCAAs Pre & Post Workout for his (mostly shirtless) roll in X-Men Wolverine...and look how that turned out!"

My Experience using AminoHD 1000
There are a few notable effects that I've experienced while using this supplement so naturally, I was compelled to document and share these things. These are all explained below and as I continue using this supplement, I will update as any new changes or effects take place.

  • Increase in Endurance
The very first effect I noticed after using AminoHD 1000 was a significant, very noticeable increase in my endurance levels.

On the second day of taking AminoHD 1000, I was exercising when I noticed that I was performing exceptionally better than normal. I was really utilizing all of my muscles as I followed my typical ab and lunge/squat routine. Whereas I am usually fatigued and have to stop to breathe every 80-100 reps for the ab workout, I was feeling the "burn" far more than I normally do (because I was putting all my muscle effort in) and still reached 250 reps before having to pause for a breath!

I also performed my lunges and squats a little more efficiently than I normally can stand to do. I do not enjoy the weak, shaky, unstable feeling in my thighs that result from lunge or squat workouts. It's not satisfying to me, and when I notice that almost achy burn in my thighs during exercise, it irritates me greatly.

In fact, the only thing that's ever been a struggle for me when it comes to sticking to lunge/squat exercises is that stupid intensity in my thighs.

I don't intend to include any additional thickness or muscle in my thighs at the moment, so it bugs me that I feel them getting the majority of the workout when I'm lunging/squatting because I do those exercises for other reasons, not for my thighs!

Anyways, I was able to tolerate that irritating thigh-burn far longer than I normally can when I started taking this AminoHD supplement.

4 Days in: I just took my nightly dose of AminoHD 1000 a couple hours ago and then began my regular ab exercise routine (it's an ab-only focus day today. No lunges or squats, just abs.) and as I type this, I'm still feeling a hint of that left-over satisfaction deep within the muscles of my abdomen --  That slight sensation in the muscles that tell you you really worked those suckers well! I love when I can feel that I did well.

Update One Month Later:
It's been a month since I began taking the AminoHD supplement on a daily basis and I couldn't be more pleased with this supplement. While there aren't any super hulk results to be expected, I'm impressed with the health benefits I'm continuously receiving from taking these. It's also worth it to know that this is helping to support my muscles and amp up the progress I get from exercise.

All in all, it's one of my daily "must take" supplements, along with my multi-vitamin and a few other very vital minerals/vitamins and herbs. This is one I've been able to stick with and will for the long term due to the very broad benefits.
