Let's start with explaining what SafSlim is, what it's active ingredients are, then we'll talk about how it works to help you lose fat.

High Lenoleic Acid (HLA) reduces belly fat.
SafSlim ingredients are naturally derived.
Contains no artificial flavors or colors.
SafSlim solution is emulsified for easier digestion.
SafSlim's ingredients have been clinically researched.
Safflower oil is extracted from the seeds of the safflower plant.
How SafSlim works
First of all, it contains Saffron, which is naturally derived and may help curb cravings, causing people to snack less and be able to lose more weight. This was shown in recent clinical trials.
An excerpt from Re-Body website says "A 2010 study (Gout et al) examined the effects of a patent-pending ingredient derived from saffron. The ingredient is Satiereal, and it’s been shown to help reduce snack cravings between meals. Researchers followed 60 healthy, mildly overweight young women in a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study that lasted weeks. Compared to a placebo group, the women who took Satiereal experienced a 100 percent reduction in their desire to snack..
Here’s what the study found:
- Researchers observed that Satiereal significantly reduced snacking and hunger before meals, compared with the placebo group.
- Snacking decreased by 55 percent in the Satiereal group compared to 28 percent in the placebo group (from baseline to eight weeks)."
Let me give another bit of important information from Re-Body website below. If you want to read this interesting information in full, visit My Re-Body's FAQ page here.
"The university study of SafSlim’s main ingredient—high-linoleic safflower oil—showed it can help increase the important belly fat hormone called adiponectin.1 When combined with a reduced-calorie diet and exercise as you lose belly fat, you increase adiponectic levels and help influence the increase of leptin. Leptin helps promote insulin sensitivity, which in turn triggers the additional release of adiponectin.*
SafSlim is intended to be used as part of a reduced-calorie diet and exercise program to reduce belly fat and as a weight management supplement*"
SafSlim comes in a 16oz bottle (also available in a 32 oz) with an easy to pour snap-top cap, similar to those you see on a peroxide bottle that has the snap-top lid, not the screw-off and pour lid. This makes it easy to pour SafSlim without accidentally dumping the product. Also, since it's pretty thick, it's easy to just pour some straight into a teaspoon and take it that way. I usually go that route since it's quick and easy, but SafSlim can be added to other drinks and shakes and stuff, but the taste is actually quite pleasant to me, so I'm happy to just take SafSlim by the spoon. Below is a photo of the SafSlim in a spoon. You can see that it's orange in color, although it looks a little yellow.
SafSlim has a thick consistency, similar to that of egg nog, which I absolutely love. But SafSlim does not taste like eggnog. It tastes like orange creamsicle, honestly. It tastes so much like orange creamsicle that when I first tasted it, I wanted more! My lovie is a big fan of orange creamsicle, so I knew he'd love it when I got him to taste it. The flavor is called Tangerine cream fusion.
Besides the orange and creamy flavor, the only other flavor I can taste is the safflower oil, which does show itself after I've swallowed the SafSlim, but it doesn't taste bad at all. It just kind of lingers until I take a drink of water. I don't think I've ever had any kind of diet supplement be this easy, much less pleasant to ingest. This is coming from a girl who can't even stand the tast of those 5 hour energy drinks everybody downs.
SafSlim comes in three different flavors. I have the orange. I do not know how the other flavors of SafSlim taste, but considering the tangerine is so tasty, I doubt any of them are just yucky. They sound pretty pleasant! The other flavors are: Pina colada cream fusion (yum!) and Berry cream fusion.
So far, I have been using SafSlim since early October (2012 of course). I haven't had any trouble or side effects at all. That was something I appreciated the most, the no side effects. You guys know the stomach issues I've had and how sensitive my stomach is to most anything, especially weight loss stuff, but I felt pretty safe using SafSlim, after knowing the ingredients and health benefits that came with taking it. Instead of taking away from your health like most weight loss products do, SafSlim adds to it! The ingredients are very healthy and will benefit you in some way in the long run. Anyways, I was saying I didn't experience any strange feelings, shakes or stomach upsets or digestive issues and obviously won't as I continue using SafSlim. I like the taste, the convenience. I make my health a big priority. I'm a vitamin nut and make sure I'm getting all sorts of good vitamins, and regular activity, but I'll admit, I've not done any hardcore working out lately and have even abandoned my fitness pole after getting an icky cold last month. I wasn't feeling up to working out, and just being busy has left me with little desire to get back into it just yet. So far, I'm still my exact same weight as I was last month when I began using SafSlim. I'll be giving it some more time and will be adding some more activity into my routine this coming month.
But for some wonderfully, fantastic news: I was surprised when I got on the scale Monday and saw that my weight hadn't changed. You wanna know why? Because I look and feel like I have lost weight. And also because I've probably cut down on snacking 70% since the 3rd week of October (a while after taking SafSlim daily!) I have one - two extra "snacks" a day wheras I was eating little snacks all night long. Literally. I'd have a small dinner, as I still do usually, and then after midnight I'd eat something like a bowl of cereal, fruit and later chocolate, crackers, etc. Today, since the minute I woke up at 11 AM, I've had a portion of my mom's rice casserole, which measured the size of my palm, 3 Milk Duds this afternoon, and tonight a half of a BLT from Red Robin -- hey! It was black Friday and my Lovie took me out, don't blame me! Ha Ha. Oh, and I had 5 steak fries and when I got home, one piece of fried squash and three pieces of fried okra.
So that's me eating a much smaller amount in one whole day than I used to. I'm drinking one Dr. Pepper a day instead of more and then drinking coffee and water the rest of the time. I did have 2 Dr. Peppers today though since I had one at Red Robin and one now.
Yes, SafSlim makes a huge, ginormous difference in your hunger... ness? I almost forget I've not eaten some days, until late night comes and I do get hungry, but this makes a difference. It's so nice not to be thinking about what I want to eat and all that crap every 4 hours. SafSlim isn't going to be a miracle where you have to do nothing but lay down and hope you never want to eat again. You have to at least be somewhat willing, ya know? But it will make a big difference when you're making even minor improvements. Like me. I could not stand water. Boring! No flavor. No thanks. I bought some flavoring and now remember how much water I've been drinking? Guess what else? In three days of this switching to water and only having one Dr. Pepper a day and taking a tablespoon of SafSlim -- three days! And my face looked so... beautiful. My skin. It is just totally different than what I'm used to. Now I did wake up Thanksgiving morning with like 7 freak breakouts that I have no idea what happened. Strangely I wake up and have 3 very red bumps all on ONE side of my nose and then 2 or three randomly placed on my cheeks! What? Must've been Depo Provera that I just got. Anyways, my face just looked so different. I noticed my skin cleared up. Maybe it's true that coke drinks really are that damaging because I just thought this was my normal skin until I added a little SafSlim and water to my diet. I would normally have really incredibly dry skin that just had flakes all over in random spots, even could've sworn I was seeing wrinklies under my eyes! And three days later I just looked so fresh and young and... well, like a spring chicken! I don't know if anybody else noticed. Nobody said "hey, nice new skin!" But I saw a difference. Nice, glowy, dewy, small-pored skin. Scars on my cheeks were hardly noticeable. I'm beginning to wonder if SafSlim shouldn't also be sold as an acne/skincare product! I didn't have the overly shiny/oily forehead that I've battled forever!
Well. I will stop here, but plan to update again in December. I hope you guys will keep an eye out for that update. I'll just update on how the SafSlim is going, any changes, etc. You know the drill. And if I've left you with questions or confused you guys in some way, you just let me know! I'm happy to answer questions and I do enjoy hearing from you guys. It brightens my day when ya'll email me. I feel special. Worthy. Like a real human being, by golly! Okay, I'm only kidding.

thanks for the article! im 22 as well and i read that safslim doesnt help you lose weight but actual inches. many people have said that safslim converts belly fat into like lean muscle and redirects it. so people have said that they have smaller waists but the weight remains the same. thats exactly what i want? has that been the case for you?
