                          Grapefruit Parfum

"Brimming with lively grapefruit and tangy red currants for a sweet and tart surprise...

Grapefruit perfume is a lively, uplifting citrus scent that captures the essence of ripe, yellow grapefruits and tangy red currants. White jasmine, lemon blossom and freesia complement an alluring blend of sweet and tart aromas, creating a fresh fragrance for any season."

Weight: 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz

Yesterday I posted about the other Mistral Perfume I sampled--Wild Blackberry. This lovely scented perfume is the Pamplemousse.

Grapefruit red currant, citrus, yellow grapefruits and tangy red currants are the notes in Pamplemousse. I would say grapefruit is the scent that stands out the most in this perfume. It smells nice, fruity and somewhat sweet. Pamplemousse is a nice, refreshing alternative to the everyday musks and floral scents. It adds variety, some spice and a nice change to your everyday perfume.

Another great thing about Pamplemousse is that it layers nicely. I found that the Wild Blackberry layered well with some other scents, especially fruity ones. It seems the fruity scents tone down the musk in that one. Layering it with Pamplemousse adds a nice unique touch. However, I really like Pamplemousse alone as well.

This is a fresh, invigorating kind of scent that I believe most people will find pleasant. It's simple and subtle, but catches your attention when you get a whiff of it.

As with all of the Mistral Soap products, this too comes in a beautiful, gift-worthy bottle that would look fabulous on any vanity! It'd also smell fabulous on any vanity! I highly recommend checking into Mistral Soap, especially if you enjoy unique scents. While you're there, don't forget to look at the lovely soaps and shower products available. Clementine is one amazing scent!

 Much Love,
