VERHEXT, PLEASURE VALLEY AND EANIE MEANIE MINEY

                                                             VERHEXT

Description from the site: "Men and women can be bewitching this Autumn with our vibrant layering of warm woods and fallen leaves, a trace of woodfire smoke, the piquant zing of a trio of spicy pepper EOs, sensuous dragon's blood resin and smoky patchouli infused with ripe fig."

The Verhext perfume definitely has that spicy, but soft and woody, clean scent. This is one that I'm always sniffing before I choose which to wear.

  Verhext's Majikal Ingredients include:

WARM WOODS & FALLEN LEAVES ~ Love, spreads an exotic aura, mystery, darkness. Enhances psychic powers, healing, divination, luck, protection.

FIG ~ Wisdom, fertility, love, luck, protection, aids restful sleep, divination. Feminine sexuality.

PEPPER ~ Protection, fidelity, dispels envy and evil, exorcism, breaks hexes.

DRAGON'S BLOOD ~ Entices errant lovers to return, increases power of other ingredients. Love, protection, exorcism, potency.

PATCHOULI ~ Soothes and uplifts; sensual, sexually stimulating, lust, fertility, money. Meditative and transforming.

SMOKE ~ In addition to the attributes of whatever is being burned (resins, woods, etc), smoke is for cleansing, purification, renewal, consecration, concealment and celebration."

This one seems to be everyone's favorite. The BF loves when I wear this one. I think the Verhext is perfect for the really stressful and chaotic days since it's wonderful for uplifting and kinda livening up your mind and attitude. It's definitely one of the most relaxing perfumes I've experienced at this point. Great for those headache days where things start irritating as soon as you wake up. It's also good for a romantic night out.. or in!

                                           PLEASURE VALLEY

    The site's description:

Pleasure ValleyA moment of sunlit splendor... A true-life interlude captured in a bottle: grapefruit and fresh-cut greens mingle with base notes of earth, heather and wood, further enhanced by the crispness of bamboo and tarragon. Naturally beautiful, such are the charms of Pleasure Valley...

A garden is a sanctuary of stimulus for the eyes, ears, and nose. On a day when the sky was bluer than the most striking of eyes, the air cleaner than newly-washed sheets, and the grass underfoot so soft, she wandered out into the sun; plucking and crushing a leaf from her grapefruit tree and smiling at the tangy fresh scent released from its green depths. The hills in the distance remind her of her own curves and the scents of the garden offered olfactory enjoyment much as her sun-warmed skin when caressed by a lover..."

Ok, you can't tell me that little description is not super intriguing!

"Magickal Meanings of Ingredients:

GRAPEFRUIT ~ Refreshes and uplifts the spirit, eases exhaustion, beauty and youth glamour.

FRESH CUT GREEN STEMS ~ Sincerity, fascination, eternal youth, confidence, riches, creates perimeter of protection, luck.

BAMBOO ~ Protection, hex breaking, luck and wishes, fertility, wisdom, feminine energy.

HEATHER ~ Admiration and beauty; protection, especially over women and virtue. Peace, beginnings, elemental magic, wishes granted.

VETIVER ~ Enhances perception of beauty. Love, sensuality, money, luck, hex-breaking.

TARRAGON EO ~ Relieves womanly discomforts, improves mental alertness and clarity, dispells negative influences.

EARTH ~ Grounding, centering, protection, renewal, reincarnation, life."

I absolutely love that this perfume contains Tarragon EO because as the description that's on the site & above states, Tarragon EO "relieved womanly discomforts." I absolutely need that! I have endometriosis which causes me some pain during those awful times & it although I've been trying natural products to help and possibly remove it for good, it can't hurt to have a little help! I have yet to have the time to use the perfume during that time of the month, but you can bet your sweet behind that I'll be slathering it all over as soon as it comes! I will report back on how it goes!

Anyways, this too is one of those fragrances that would more than likely benefit all women. Pleasure Valley is also one of my favorite scents. I'm always in the mood for this scent. It's so green and fresh. It smells exactly like the description states, only better! I love the fresh cut grass smell. I always roll my window down to take in the smell when I see someone mowing. I am all about this Pleasure Valley! On my own skin, it seems to be sweeter and gives me a really nice sense of femininity. There's one other perfume that gives me that and I've held onto it for years. Pleasure Valley makes me think of white waterfalls and lots of bushy green trees. It's a powerfully clean scent. Just beautiful, just beautiful!

The website also tells that you should be careful with Pleasure Valley as it contains citrus which apparently can burn skin if it's under direct sunlight and can possibly bleach it as well.

                                   EANIE MEANY MINEY

The site's description: "A treasure trove of spicy fortune. Paying tribute to those tumultuous times, when men were men and pirates were rich, we've blended hand-tinctured yellow trumpetbush – also known as yellow elder – the beautifully aromatic state flower of the Bahamas, with a pirate's bounty of authentic rum spices and Jamaican cinnamon. With this money and power potion you might find yourself guarding your own good fortune very closely, ahoy! When winter turned the North Atlantic cold and stormy, all the privateers made haste to Nassau, the jewel of the Bahamas, to enjoy their ill-gotten gains in the sunshine. A true paradise, the aptly-named "pirate republic" saw every captain of infamy visit its' sandy shores. But other men of power and privilege schemed to take the pirate's wealth

RUM ~ Intoxicant, used as an offering or appeasement for Gods, used in love spells, and celebratory spells.

SPICES ~ Lust, love, invigoration.

ALLSPICE ~ Luck, health, prosperity, money.

CINNAMON ~ Male sexual stimulation, passion, lust, healing, protection, energy, creativity, psychic powers.

In my opinion, Eanie Meany Miney smells a lot like a really sweet citrus fruit, only so much better. It's a gorgeous scent too. I'm finding a hard time figuring out which I love most out of them all. They all have their own unique perfection.

Eanie Meanie Miney is definitely an energetic and refreshing scent to have on. It really does bring out the creativeness! I believe Eanie Meanie Miney just may have contributed to my last story assignment! I was thinking so good and I actually wrote the majority of the story (first, middle and ending) all in one setting. I usually don't get a story conjured up that quickly.
