HOW TO USE IT:
Try adding a small tablespoon or more if you like, to your breakfast like cereals, granola, rice cakes, bagels, yogurt, coffee, etc. You can pretty much add cinnamon to anything. Even chicken. You can find 100& cinnamon for a cheap price at an herb store or a market like wal mart. I use ground cinnamon. Keep adding the cinnamon to your diet for at least one month.
